Arkan is a legal translation office, not a general language agency. The work is documents that have to be accepted somewhere: contracts, powers of attorney, court filings and judgments, company and trade-license papers, and personal certificates used for visas, residency, schooling, and family files.
Certified legal translation is Arabic ↔ English, handled in-house by the licensed translator. For other languages, send the document first and we confirm availability.
A translation is only finished when the receiving authority can actually use it. That is why we ask where a document is going before we start. A court, a notary, a ministry, an embassy, a bank, and a company file each have their own expectations about format, stamps, and wording, and those expectations decide how the translation is prepared.

If a correction is needed because of our mistake, we correct it promptly and at no extra charge. If the source document changes, new information is supplied, or the receiving authority asks for a different format, we explain the required update and confirm any cost before proceeding.
Certified work at Arkan is not produced by an anonymous pool. It is carried out under MOJ License #701, held by Khaled Mohamed, a legal translator registered for Arabic ↔ English. Where certification is required, that license, signature, and stamp appear on the document — which is also what makes the correction responsibility above mean anything. There is a name attached to it.
