Certified Arabic ↔ English translation of trade licenses, constitutional documents, resolutions, and registry extracts — the papers a company is asked for by banks, free zones, ministries, and counterparties.
MOJ License #701 · Khaled Mohamed · Arabic ↔ EnglishCompany documents travel. A resolution translated for a bank is often needed later by a free zone authority or a ministry, and the company name, license number, and officers’ names have to read identically every time. That consistency is most of what this service is.
Certified legal translation is Arabic ↔ English, handled in-house by the licensed translator. For other languages, send the document first and we confirm availability.
For a company we have worked with before, terminology, names, and numbers stay consistent between documents — this month’s resolution does not contradict last year’s memorandum. If you have a preferred English rendering of your company name, or a previous translation the new file has to agree with, send it with the document.
Confidential documents stay confidential, and we will sign an NDA where you need one.
If a correction is needed because of our mistake, we correct it promptly and at no extra charge. If the source document changes, new information is supplied, or the receiving authority asks for a different format, we explain the required update and confirm any cost before proceeding.
Send the document and tell us where it will be used. We check the order before you pay.
