Degree Certificate Translation in Dubai

Certified Arabic ↔ English translation of degree certificates, diplomas, and transcripts — for work permits, equivalency files, professional licensing, and further study.

MOJ License #701 · Khaled Mohamed · Arabic ↔ English

A degree certificate rarely travels alone. It arrives with an attestation chain, a transcript, and a name that has to match the passport exactly. The order of those steps decides whether the file moves, which is why we read the document and ask where it is going before we quote.

When a Degree Certificate Needs Certified Translation

  • Work permits and labour files — employers and authorities commonly require the certificate in Arabic.
  • Equivalency applications — recognition of a foreign qualification generally needs the certificate and transcript translated and properly attested.
  • Professional licensing — regulated professions ask for certified copies of qualifications.
  • Further study — admissions and transfer files, in either language direction.
  • Government and visa files — where the qualification supports the application.

What We Check Before Quoting

  • Your name, against the passport. The certificate’s spelling and the passport’s spelling have to be reconciled — we anchor to the passport and flag differences instead of guessing.
  • The institution and the award, as written. Degree titles are translated as the document states them; equivalence to a UAE qualification is the receiving authority’s decision, not a translation choice.
  • Dates, grades, and reference numbers — transcribed exactly, including grading-scale notes where the transcript carries them.
  • Stamps and the attestation chain. Degrees used officially in the UAE usually need the full chain — issuing country, UAE embassy there, MOFA here — completed before translation, so the stamps appear in the certified translation. The sequence is set out on attestation services.
  • Transcript included or not — many receiving offices want both, translated consistently as a pair.

Certified legal translation is Arabic ↔ English, handled in-house by the licensed translator. For other languages, send the document first and we confirm availability.

What to Send

  • The certificate, front and back, including every stamp and sticker.
  • The transcript, if the receiving office wants it.
  • Your passport page, for the name spelling.
  • Where it is going — employer, equivalency portal, regulator, or university — and the deadline.

We confirm the order, the price, and a realistic timeline before you pay. Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00. You can send a WhatsApp message anytime; we reply during office hours.

If a correction is needed because of our mistake, we correct it promptly and at no extra charge. If the source document changes, new information is supplied, or the receiving authority asks for a different format, we explain the required update and confirm any cost before proceeding.
