Contact Arkan Legal Translation in Dubai

Most jobs here start with a scan. Send the document, tell us where it is going, and we will confirm the scope, the price and a realistic delivery time before any work begins.

You do not need to come to the office. Almost everything can be handled remotely — documents in, questions answered, translation delivered. If you would rather come in person, you can; the address and hours are further down.

What to Send

A legal document can look straightforward and still carry a problem: a stamp on the reverse that was never scanned, a name spelled one way on the certificate and another way in the passport, or an attestation step that should have come first. That is why we read the document before quoting.

To get a useful answer in one reply, send:

  • A clear scan or photo of every page. A phone photo is fine if the text is sharp and the whole page is in frame.
  • Both sides, where there are stamps, seals or endorsements on the back.
  • The authority the translation is for — a court, a notary, a ministry, an embassy, MOFA, a bank, a school, a visa application or a company file. The destination changes how the document is prepared.
  • Any deadline you are working to, and whether the submission date is fixed.
  • The passport spelling of any name, if it differs from the spelling on the document.
  • Whether the document has already been attested.

If the document is not in Arabic or English, say so when you send it. Certified legal translation is Arabic ↔ English, handled in-house by the licensed translator. For other languages, send the document first and we confirm availability.

If a scan is unclear we will ask for a better copy before starting, rather than guess at a name, a date or a handwritten line.

Send the document and tell us where it will be used. We check the order before you pay.

What Happens After You Send It

  1. We read the document and check the language pair, the stamps and seals, the names and ID details, and the authority you named.
  2. If the order needs to change — attestation before translation, for example — we tell you before you pay, not afterwards.
  3. You get the scope, the price and a delivery time. If something in the document affects any of them, we say what it is.
  4. Work starts once you confirm. Where certification is required, the translation is signed and stamped by the licensed translator and prepared to the requirements of the authority you named.

Office, Hours and Contact Details

Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00. You can send a WhatsApp message anytime; we reply during office hours.

WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to send a document and get an answer on it. Email suits jobs with several files or a thread worth keeping. Call if you have a short question — whether something is worth sending at all, or which version of a document we need.

Visiting is optional. If you want to hand over originals or collect a stamped copy in person, come during office hours; it is worth messaging first so the file is ready when you arrive.
