This page is the operating agreement behind every job: what we check, what we confirm before you pay, and what we owe you if something goes wrong.
MOJ License #701 · Khaled Mohamed · Arabic ↔ EnglishWe would rather publish the standard than the slogan. Each item below is how work actually runs at this office.
Every job starts with the document, not a rate card. We check the language pair, legibility, names against IDs, stamps and their sequence, completeness, and where the document is going — because the destination decides the work. If something in the file will cause a problem later, you hear about it at this stage.
You receive the price, the scope, and a realistic delivery time in advance. Turnaround is confirmed per job — we do not publish blanket turnarounds, because an honest number depends on the document. If we cannot meet your deadline, we say so when you send the file, not after.
Documents contain names, numbers, and terms that are nobody else’s business. Files are handled only by the people working on them, we will sign an NDA where you need one, and client documents are never used as samples or portfolio material.
Three different situations, three different answers:
If a correction is needed because of our mistake, we correct it promptly and at no extra charge. If the source document changes, new information is supplied, or the receiving authority asks for a different format, we explain the required update and confirm any cost before proceeding.
That policy means something because certified work here carries a name: the stamp and signature of the licensed translator, under MOJ License #701, on the document itself.
We do not promise acceptance — the decision on any submission rests with the authority receiving it, and anyone promising otherwise is promising something they do not control. We do not give legal advice; a translation office translates. What we promise is the work: accurate, complete, correctly certified, and prepared to the requirements of the authority you name.
Raise it with the office directly — reply on the same WhatsApp thread or email your file reference to info@arkanlegaltranslation.ae, and it goes to the people who handled the job. Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00. You can send a WhatsApp message anytime; we reply during office hours.
Send the document and tell us where it will be used. We check the order before you pay.
